Just wanted to say thank you very much for getting the Warwick hen house here on Friday as originally planned and not today as we were advised.  We really appreciate the effort you went to following my email to you.
My husband assembled it there and then (before a night shift!) and the chicks moved in Friday night!  The house is fab and we are really pleased, as we are with the superb service. We shall definitely recommend you to others.

Thank you for the most amazing service. I ordered Wednesday afternoon and received the Suffolk by Thursday lunchtime. It was well packed, easy to assemble and built to a very high quality. A well known Swedish flatpack firm could learn from the way you put the pack together and write the instructions. I particularly liked the way each bag was labelled to show what type of bolt or screw it contained.

Once assembled  - took less than 20 minutes - I was impressed by the quality of the woodwork. All the bolt holes lined up perfectly and the finish product was very sturdy. I am sure that this chicken coop will be in use in our garden for many years to come.

Thank you for the swift dispatch of the 'Norfolk Chicken Coop' which I received first thing this morning.

I am thoroughly impressed with the build quality of the product which bears no resemblance to the usual hardboard and cardboard hutches available at the average petshop. It's top quality stuff and should last for years!

Your instructions were easy to follow and I had the whole thing built in under an hour (OK your stated build time said 10 - 15 mins which is a bit on the optimistic side if you're a somewhat enthusiastic though inept DIYer! Me for instance. :o)

I thoroughly recommend your products to anyone perusing your website.

All that remains is to convince the wife that hens are not on the whole vicious and violent creatures, unlike the llamas which saw her off at a visit to a Spanish safari park some years back. I have had a soft spot for llamas ever since.

We recently received our delivery of the York rabbit hutch and run and I felt that I had to mail you and tell you how pleased I was with this product.
 
The item arrived very well packaged with no damages at all.  The wood it self is of the highest quality that I have ever seen.  The hutch and run are so well finished it seems that your people have spent a fair amount of time putting this item together.  The instructions were so simple to follow and loved the way the different size screws were bagged in their own bags and labeled.  I put this item together in 45 minutes on my own and for a 37 year old mum of 4 i have to say it was quite easy.
 
I felt I just wanted to let you know my views and I just wanted to say it was the best purchase I could have made for my daughters first rabbit and the price is outstanding in view of the top quality product this is.
 
I would definately buy from you again.

I  don't know if you get any feed back from your products, but we felt we just had to write and say we were very pleased with the service from you.  We ordered our chicken coop on Tuesday afternoon and it arrived with us on Thursday at 1o'clock and the putting it together was that easy my hubby and me had put it together in 2 hours everything fitted where it should all the holes etc lined up as we were doing it we thought there might be one that didn’t line up but no everything was perfect we just hope the chickens like it now!
