Hi. Just a quick note re the chicken coop I bought from you. I am really, really pleased with it! I've bought several coops over the last couple of years and this is by far the best. It is made of nice wood and has excellent fittings. The plastic covered mesh is A1. The machining of the joints etc is perfect and I put it together in 25 minutes. The design is excellent. I really am impressed. Plus the delivery service was excellent. I will certainly recommend you to my chicken-keeping family/friends.

Please can I say that we received the coop yesterday and last night my husband errected it and we are so please with the product and 4 hens are very happy to have a new home and it is an attractive garden feature.

Dear Petpads,

Thank you for the swift dispatch of the 'Norfolk Chicken Coop' which I received first thing this morning.

I am thoroughly impressed with the build quality of the product which bears no resemblance to the usual hardboard and cardboard hutches available at the average petshop. It's top quality stuff and should last for years!

Your instructions were easy to follow and I had the whole thing built in under an hour (OK your stated build time said 10 - 15 mins which is a bit on the optimistic side if you're a somewhat enthusiastic though inept DIYer! Me for instance. :o)

I thoroughly recommend your products to anyone perusing your website.

All that remains is to convince the wife that hens are not on the whole vicious and violent creatures, unlike the llamas which saw her off at a visit to a Spanish safari park some years back. I have had a soft spot for llamas ever since.

Many thanks for the Norfolk coop. I placed my order at 11.00am Monday, and it was delivered 8.30am Tuesday - fantastic service and a great product. It was very straightforward to put together, once Nick had realised that it wasn't a good idea to stand in the middle as he built it around himself! Received my Norfolk coop last week, really happy with service took me 2 hrs to put up (but if you know how to use a screwdriver it should take about 20 mins.), Door was broken on delivery, but they replaced it very quickly and the service was very helpful and friendly - Highly recommended.and my new chikens love it alredy laying eggs!

Hi there, extremely happy with this coop. Took a bit longer than the stated 10-15mins to erect but we got there. It is very well made and I'm sure my hens will be very happy in their new home. I also want to add that I was very impressed with the delivery time,I had my coop in 24hrs after purchasing.I would use PetPads again without hesitation, great service.
